OKLAHOMA CITY (OBV) — Meta announced Jan. 12 that Dina Powell McCormick will join the company as President and Vice Chairman.
Powell McCormick previously served on Meta’s board of directors and has been closely involved as the company expanded its focus on advanced AI systems and large-scale computing investments.
“Dina’s experience at the highest levels of global finance, combined with her deep relationships around the world, makes her uniquely suited to help Meta manage this next phase of growth as the company’s President and Vice Chairman,” said Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Meta.
In the new role, Dina Powell McCormick will join Meta’s management team and help guide strategy and execution as the company deploys multi-billion-dollar investments across data centers, energy systems, and global connectivity.
Meta said Powell McCormick will work closely with compute and infrastructure teams and lead efforts to develop new strategic capital partnerships to support the company’s long-term investment capacity.
