OKLAHOMA CITY (OBV) — Vega Upstream JV completed its acquisition of Tulsa-based Toklan Oil and Gas Corp. and affiliated companies for a net purchase price of $15 million, expanding its operations in the Western Anadarko Basin, according to a company announcement.
