PARIS, France (OBV) – An Oklahoma aerospace company made the most of its participation in the 2025 International Paris Air Show, signing deals with two companies to enhance its manufacturing and customer service mission.
MST Manufacturing was part of the Oklahoma delegation at the recently concluded Paris Air Show.
The Claremore-based company signed a long-term tooling agreement with MODIG Machine Tool to find solutions to complex tooling challenges, according to Oklahoma Department of Commerce officials.
“We value our relationship with MODIG and are excited about this next chapter in our journey together. MST and MODIG make a good team, and I am confident that we will be able to support them with their growing requirements for years to come,” said Kenneth Statton, CEO of MST Manufacturing.

The tooling agreement enables MST to help MODIG achieve their tooling and manufacturing goals.
“Since joining MODIG, I’ve been focused on finding a dependable U.S.-based partner to support our expanding presence in the North American market,” said Keith Lopez, president of MODIG Machine Tool U.S., Inc. “MST recently stepped in and exceeded expectations by rapidly fulfilling an urgent tooling need—reducing lead time by 90%. More importantly, they have a deep understanding of the long-term technical demands required to support complex tool fabrication. This positions them as a lasting solution. MST has earned a strong reputation as a trusted machine shop serving top industry players, and we’re proud to collaborate with a team of such high caliber.”
MODIG is headquartered in Kalmar, Sweden, and has a subsidiary in Wichita, Kan.
“Our partnership with MST Manufacturing continues to strengthen, and we are excited about this new agreement. It reflects their outstanding performance as a key supplier to MODIG US and lays the groundwork for future business opportunities,” Lopez said.

MST also signed a long-term agreement with CPI Aero for parts manufacturing.
“CPI Aero continues to be a strong and reliable part of our business model. We are excited to continue building on our relationship and hope to continue this trajectory through our dedication to superior customer service, innovation and speed of execution,” Statton said.
Based in Edgewood, N.Y., CPI Aero is a contract aircraft component manufacturer. It manufactures structural assemblies for fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters and airborne ISR pod systems, serving both commercial aerospace and national security markets.
This is the second long-term agreement signed between MST and CPI.
“We’ve had a strong relationship with MST and this second LTA reflects their performance as a critical supplier to CPI Aero and rewards them for supporting our new programs,” said Dorith Hakim, president and CEO of CPI Aero.
