OKLAHOMA CITY (OBV) — ONEOK, Inc. elected Mark A. McCollum and Precious Williams Owodunni as independent directors, effective Jan. 23, 2026. The Tulsa‑based midstream operator announced the appointments Jan. 26. McCollum is the retired president and CEO of Weatherford International and former EVP & CFO of Halliburton; Owodunni is CEO of Mountaintop Consulting and a former Goldman Sachs vice president.

McCollum has held senior roles at Tenneco and Arthur Andersen and serves on the boards of Westlake Corporation and Seadrill Limited. Owodunni has advised Fortune 500 energy companies and financial firms, serves on the Cadence Bank board, and holds degrees from Yale College and Yale Law School.

In conjunction with the appointments, McCollum joined ONEOK’s Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee, while Owodunni joined the Executive Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. “ONEOK’s Board is pleased to welcome both Mark and Precious to the ONEOK board,” said Julie H. Edwards, ONEOK board chair.

“Together, Mark and Precious bring complementary strengths and perspectives that will enhance our governance and strategic capabilities to the benefit of our shareholders and other stakeholders as ONEOK moves forward.”
