OKLAHOMA CITY (OBV) — Five Oklahoma‑based organizations have been named to Forbes’ 2026 America’s Best Large Employers: the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Bank of Oklahoma, the University of Oklahoma, the Cherokee Nation, and Williams.

The national list—released Feb. 10—reflects current and recent employee sentiment about pay, work environment, benefits and opportunities to advance, with heavier weight on the most recent feedback.

Forbes produces the ranking with research firm Statista. Survey responses from more than 217,000 U.S. employees feed the analysis, and Forbes incorporates data from the past three years to highlight employers that perform consistently well. Companies with 5,000 or more employees qualify for the “large employers” list.
