OKLAHOMA CITY (OBV) — The University of Oklahoma Board of Regents elected Rick Nagel as chair and Bob Ross as vice chair for the 2026–2027 term during its March meeting in Norman. The board also re‑elected Mackenzie Wilfong, J.D., to serve as executive director and secretary.

Nagel, appointed to the board in 2021, is managing partner at Acorn Capital Management and serves on national industry organizations, including the Aerospace Industries Association. He chairs the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce, is state president of the Oklahoma Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, and is a national trustee for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He is a graduate of OU’s Gallogly College of Engineering.

Ross, appointed in 2022, is chairman and CEO of the Inasmuch Foundation and serves on multiple civic and cultural boards in Oklahoma City, including the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, and Oklahoma City Museum of Art. He holds a J.D. from the OU College of Law.

Wilfong, re‑elected executive director and secretary, joined OU in 2024 after seven years as vice president of legal affairs and general counsel at Tulsa Community College. She serves on the AGB Board Professionals Council and the NACUA Audit Committee, and previously received the Madame President award from the Tulsa League of Women Voters. Wilfong earned a B.A. in Public Affairs from OU and a J.D. from SMU.
