Stardust Power opens Houston office to support Muskogee lithium refinery
The new office will coordinate project development alongside the company’s existing Oklahoma City operation.

MUSKOGEE (OBV) — Stardust Power announced Monday it opened a Houston office to support development of its planned lithium refinery in Muskogee.
The office will serve as a project management hub, drawing on Houston’s engineering and procurement workforce. It complements the company’s existing Oklahoma City office.
“The Houston office strengthens our operational footprint at a critical phase of development,” said Chris Celano, Stardust Power’s chief operating officer.
The planned Muskogee refinery is expected to produce up to 50,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate annually, according to the company. Stardust expects to expand its Houston team as the project advances.
