Arvest Pilots Bilingual Branch Model, Expanding Access in Lawton
Arvest is piloting a bilingual branch model in Lawton and other markets, embedding Spanish-language capacity into day-to-day banking operations.
OKLAHOMA CITY (OBV) — Arvest Bank has begun testing a bilingual branch model that it plans to scale across its footprint, starting with locations in northwest Arkansas, southwest Oklahoma, and the Kansas City region.
The initiative designates select branches to operate with bilingual staffing and Spanish-language resources available across core banking services, rather than relying solely on translated materials or centralized support teams.
One of the first Oklahoma locations selected is Lawton.
Arvest said the model is intended to reduce friction for customers conducting everyday banking, including account management, lending, and financial education.
