Hamm commits record $150 million to OU health research, workforce

OKLAHOMA CITY – Harold Hamm committed $150 million to the University of Oklahoma to expand health research and strengthen Oklahoma’s health care workforce, marking the largest single gift in university history. OU announced the investment Sept. 22. The gift includes $50 million for the Harold Hamm Diabetes Center and $100 million for the broader academic and research work of OU’s Oklahoma City health campus. The university will name the campus the Harold Hamm Health Campus at the University of Oklahoma. Sen.
