OKLAHOMA CITY (OBV) – A top business magazine is giving an Oklahoma company national recognition for being one of the best workplaces in the nation.

Inc. magazine recognized factor 110 | Destination Oklahoma in its annual Best Workplaces listings, receiving honors in two categories – “Micro: Employee Size 10-49” and “Southwest Region: AZ, NM, OK, TX.”

factor 110 was established in 2006 and has become a leader in the event and destination management industry; it is Oklahoma’s first destination management company.

“I grew up reading Inc. magazine as I aspired to be a future business leader,” said Brian Ferrell, president of factor 110. “Now, I work with an amazingly talented, dedicated, and forward-thinking team and to be recognized by Inc. for our company culture is an honor beyond words.”

Inc. compiled its best workplaces lists for its May/June 2023 issue, which hits newsstands on May 16. The lists celebrate American companies that excel in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture.

factor 110 is among 591 honorees this year and one of only three from Oklahoma. Each nominated company participated in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace. Topics include management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited and factored into the overall score and ranking.

“It’s never easy to be a best workplace, but add in the pandemic, uncertainty, inflation, and restless employees, and making the list is a real honor,” said Scott Omelianuk, Editor-in-chief, Inc. magazine. “Clearly factor 110 has gone through extraordinary lengths to attract, develop, and maintain its team.”

Inc. reaches more than 50 million people each month across a variety of channels including websites, newsletters, social media, podcasts, and print.
