WOODWARD, Okla. (OBV) – INTEGRIS Health officials celebrated the company’s new ownership of an award-winning Woodward hospital.

Company representatives announced in August that deals were set to acquire AllianceHealth Ponca City and the operational assets of AllianceHealth Woodward. INTEGRIS signed an agreement with the City of Woodward for the long-term lease of the Woodward hospital The transaction became official on Nov. 1.
