Broken Arrow’s Paragon Films to sell in roughly $900 million deal
Atlantic Ridge Capital and Grafine Partners plan to acquire the Oklahoma packaging manufacturer, with closing expected later this year.

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (OBV) — Paragon Films, a Broken Arrow manufacturer of packaging films, will change ownership in a transaction valued at approximately $900 million.
Atlantic Ridge Capital and Grafine Partners announced the agreement Oct. 13. Atlantic Ridge will lead the investment and work with Paragon’s management team on the company’s next phase of growth. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Founded in 1988, Paragon makes films that secure products during storage and shipping. It serves more than 20,000 end users across food and beverage, consumer products, e-commerce, retail, and industrial markets.
The company develops thinner films designed to reduce packaging material use while maintaining performance.
