MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium: OKC selects Lingo Construction as construction manager
Oklahoma City awarded a construction management services contract to Lingo Construction Services for the MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium project. The contract is valued at $24 million, and the stadium is planned as a 10,000-seat venue with potential to expand for larger events. The City says construction is expected to begin in April 2026, with the stadium slated to open in early 2028.

ODOT lists I-35/Waterloo Road interchange as an upcoming major project
ODOT’s January “Upcoming Major Projects” listing includes an interchange project on I-35 over Waterloo Road near the Logan County line. The estimate is $52.86 million, with 750 days for completion. The listed contractor is Sherman Smith Contractors, Inc.

Francis Energy upgrades fast-charging site in Norman
Francis Energy announced an upgrade to Oklahoma’s EV fast-charging infrastructure in Norman, framed as an update to the state’s first “supercharging” location. The announcement was shared through the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.

Tulsa World reported that CBC Global Ammunition completed the purchase of 500+ acres at MidAmerica Industrial Park (Mayes County) for a planned $300 million production facility, with a spring groundbreaking expected.
